Accessibility Statement

How we approach accessible website use and how to report a barrier.

Our accessibility goal

Chimney Repair Service aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or assistive-technology combination is free of barriers.

Features currently built into the site

  • Semantic headings and page landmarks to support structured navigation.
  • A skip link that lets keyboard users move directly to the main content.
  • Visible focus styles for links, buttons, and form controls.
  • Text labels and validation messages on the primary estimate and booking forms.
  • Alternative text for content images and hidden labels for decorative graphics.
  • Reduced-motion styles for visitors who enable that preference in their device.
  • Responsive layouts intended to support zoom and a range of screen sizes.

Known limitations

The site contains many service, guide, and location templates that continue to evolve. Automated checks can identify some problems, but they cannot reproduce every browser, device, or assistive-technology setup. Third-party services may also have accessibility characteristics that we do not control. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can investigate the specific page and interaction.

Alternative access and feedback

If a website barrier prevents you from requesting a free estimate or accessing service information, call (754) 328-2421. A team member can help by phone and record the same estimate request without requiring the website form.

When reporting a problem, please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will review the report and follow up about what we find.
